A 100 GB game takes about 133 minutes to download at 100 Mbps and 44 minutes at 300 Mbps; a 1 GB file takes 80 seconds at 100 Mbps.

How it is computed
Time = file size × 8 ÷ speed: sizes are in bytes and speeds in bits, and 1 GB = 1,000 MB = 8,000 megabits. The table assumes the full advertised speed; Wi-Fi, server limits and network congestion usually make real downloads slower.
FAQ
Why is my download slower than the table?+
Plans advertise a maximum. Wi-Fi signal, the server's own speed limit and evening congestion often deliver 50% to 80% of it. Run a speed test and look up that speed instead.
What is the difference between MB and Mb?+
A megabyte (MB) is 8 megabits (Mb). File sizes are in bytes and internet speeds in bits, which is why the formula multiplies by 8.
