1. Who we are
so67.com ("so67", "we") is a free collection of online calculators operated from Québec, Canada. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site.

2. What you type into a calculator
Every calculation runs in your browser or is rendered from the page itself. The values you enter are not sent to our servers, not stored and not linked to you. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no forms that collect your identity.
When you use a share link, the inputs are encoded in the URL you copy. Anyone you give that link to can see those values.
3. What is collected automatically
Server and hosting logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user agent and referrer. They are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept for a limited time.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, approximate location (country/city derived from the IP address), device and browser type, session duration and referring site. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this.
Advertising (Google AdSense): Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and your IP address to display ads, limit repetition, measure performance and, where allowed, personalize ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.
4. Why we process it
To operate and secure the site, to understand which calculators are used so we can improve them, and to fund the free service through advertising.
Where the law requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or under Québec's Law 25 for non-essential tracking), analytics and personalized advertising rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Otherwise, they rely on our legitimate interest in running a free, ad-supported site.
5. Who receives it
Google LLC and its affiliates, as provider of Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.
6. International transfers
Google and our hosting provider may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long it is kept
Google Analytics data is retained for at most 14 months. Server logs are kept no longer than needed for security, typically under 90 days. Advertising cookies follow the lifetimes set by Google, described in the cookie policy.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (Québec Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent and to opt out of targeted advertising.
Because we do not hold accounts or calculator inputs, most data about your visit is held by Google. You can manage it at myadssettings.google.com and adssettings.google.com, and block analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
To exercise a right with us, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be visible on this page.
