Can this be used to calculate shift length?+
Yes, entering a clock-in and clock-out time gives the raw shift length; if breaks need to be excluded, subtract that separately since this calculator only measures the gap between the two times entered.
Does it account for AM/PM correctly?+
Yes, as long as you enter times with the correct AM/PM designation or in 24-hour format, the calculator correctly distinguishes, for example, 9:00 AM from 9:00 PM.
